Crowdnetic and CrowdClear

New development alliance will allow funding portals to comply with current and future market regulations

Crowdnetic, a leading provider of market data solutions and funding portal platform technology, and CrowdClear, a division of leading broker-dealer Bendigo Securities LLC, today announced a development and marketing alliance. This agreement provides for tighter integration of the two technology platforms to create the first end-to-end ecosystem for securities-based funding portals.
While the SEC has yet to publish its regulations in regards to the JOBS Act, accredited investors can use funding portals for equity and debt investments today. CrowdClear provides the technology, regulatory and compliance services to complete these types of offerings, including Regulation D offerings for accredited investors. Crowdnetic provides front-end portal technology along with a robust market data delivery system. The partnership between CrowdClear and Crowdnetic not only provides a seamless solution for funding portals to comply with current market regulations, but also paves the way for future crowdfunding regulations.
“Having worked closely with CrowdClear over the past year, we believe they are the leading provider of broker-dealer services and technologies to address the challenges of the online Reg D and crowdfunding capital raising space,” said Luan Cox, CEO of Crowdnetic. “Their expertise in high volume transaction environments will continue to be a tremendous asset to our own platform as we navigate what is expected to be a complicated and intricate crowdfunding regulatory environment.”
