DiversyFund Launches New Website For Online Real Estate Investors

San Diego, California (PRWEB) March 06, 2014

CCFG Investments today announced the launch of a new real estate crowdfunding website,http://www.DiversyFund.com. DiversyFund offers real estate investments to accredited investors through its digital platform.

“A website that offers our clients the opportunity to browse and select specific projects they wish to invest in is very timely,” says Craig Cecilio, President of DiversyFund.

Through DiversyFund backers pool their money together to buy shares of property without the added responsibility of rehabilitating, developing or managing the property. Combining money allows people to get into the market for a small investment while diversifying their portfolio.

DiversyFund will showcase real estate projects and offer investment options for as little as $5,000, making it available to a variety of investors. “All our transactions are underwritten, 100 percent transparent and accurately reported,” says Cecilio.

To get started, investor’s sign up for a free account, which will allow them access to browse all current investment options in detail. After an investment is selected, DiversyFund will review the submission, prepare all the necessary documents and contact the customer to finalize the investment. DiversyFund will keep clients informed and updated on their investment and its performance.

DiversyFund is backed by CCFG Investments, a privately held real estate investment firm specializing in alternative financing. Over the past decade CCFG Investments has gained a strong foothold in the Southern California marketplace. In 2013, CCFG invested over $27 million with a steady increase in returns.

Under the Jumpstart Our Business (JOBS) Act, in full effect as of last year, companies may solicit investment opportunities to individuals that meet certain criteria to be deemed as “accredited” investors. It also allows private start-ups and small businesses to raise capital publicly and through crowdfunding sites. The JOBS Act has helped propel real estate investing into the digital age.
